1. Respect
BizzFlip does not allow any form of disrespect or deliberate personal attacks of any kind on another member or a group of members.
Basically apply the Golden Rule and for those of you that have forgotten, shame on you...
2. Appropriate Forum Topics
Certain topics do not need to be discussed. Although we encourage others to discuss many topics, certain issues are not inline with what our Forum represents.
Forums/Boards out there better suited for these issues, please try to keep the focus on "The Business" while visiting/using the BizzFlip Forum.
Please try to maintain a “PG” rating.
Profane, insulting or mean spirited language is simply not allowed here and neither is any sort of harassment or Cyber-bullying.
If a user does happen to partake in the above they will be banned for doing so.
3. Legal Content
BizzFlip encourages our Users to think of Alternate methods on how to make money/income or on running a new type of business. However, please keep it within the legal realm of business.
We really don't want to know how you could become a millionaire by selling pot out of your parents basement within a certain amount of time; if you do have thoughts along those lines, please keep them to yourself.
So, keep it Legal - Posts advocating or condoning illegal activity are not allowed on the BizzFlip Forum.
Also, promoting any sort of spamming operation (not limited to email, mobile phones, instant messengers etc.) is highly prohibited. If any member is found to indulge in such activity then he/she would not only be banned from this site but also reported to the concerned authorities.
4. No Spamming Policy
Spamming is highly prohibited and not allowed. While a commercial interest may respond to a request for information, they are expressly forbidden from starting posts or sending unsolicited private messages about their goods or services.
Users may include their company’s URL within their signature.
5. Signature Usage
The use of signatures is allowed here, however, it must be setup using the edit signature link in the control panel and must not be included in your posts manually.
a. The maximum number of lines in the signature should not exceed 4.
b. Using text larger than 3 is not allowed in signatures.
c. Images are disabled in the signature.
d. The text in your signature must abide by all other rules.
e. We do not approve similar forums within your signatures unless approved by Administrators.
6. Your BizzFlip Membership
All membership information must be accurate and belong to the person registering. Invalid, incomplete, or falsified information will result in the immediate termination of all membership privileges for that user and, possibly a permanent ban restricting the member from using any ofBizzFlip Forum services at any time.
The creation of multiple accounts for one person is strictly prohibited. If you have lost your password or other membership details then please contact us at forum@bizzflip.com.
Membership at the BizzFlip Forum is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to deny service to any person at any time with or without cause or notification.
7. The Community Moderation
Some members have a special status of Moderator or Administrator and they have the right to moderate the discussions at any BizzFlip Forum as they deem necessary.
The moderators have the last word in any dispute. At their discretion, when they deem it in the best interest of BizzFlip they may edit or delete avatars, pictures, posts and threads, and even ban users when necessary.
Also, moderation is not open for public debate. If you feel that you have been treated unfairly then please contact the concerned Moderator or one of the administrators privately (using Private Message system) instead of making a thread about it in the public areas of the forum.
We would love to hear your ideas and suggestions for this site. You can send us your suggestions and ideas by either posting a new thread in the Forum section or contacting one of the Forum Mods or Admins. Also for new Forum Categories please contact the Mods and Admins with your suggestions.
We reserve the right to add to or amend the Terms of Service/Code of Conduct without any prior warning or the mutual consent of its users. By completing your registration with us, you agree that your BizzFlip Forum participation will conform to any such additions or amendments to these Terms of Service.
As an interactive forum service, this forum is provided immunity by Congress in Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996 from being held responsible for material published to our site by anonymous users.
As a registered member and anonymous user of this site, you will be held solely responsible for the content of any message that you post.
You may talk about companies, business leaders, their strategies and markets in general. However, any form of stock recommendation is NOT allowed here.
