Based on these three criteria alone, it's safe to assume that the majority of entrepreneurs today have a professional profile on Linkedin and most likely on MySpace and Facebook as well. I would also be willing to bet that a handful of them have a Twitter account too! Why wouldn't they? The stronger your network, the more you'll be in the know and the more others will get to know you and your product or service.

Interestingly enough, their is another even larger sub-population of "social butterflies" that share these same three characteristics... and they are the Social Media Socialites (SMS). The SMS keep updated profiles on just about every social media site alive today, simply because they enjoy connecting with others on the web. I think it's fantastic and I realized that it was time to create a space within BizzFlip that promotes networking and content sharing among those taking advantage of the intermingled realm of social media.

The newly added "Social Media" posting category allows users to advertise links to their various social media profiles and to shout media content such as popular blogs, articles, videos etc. In kicking off our newest posting category, I posted a few links to my social media profiles early this morning.
